Chocolate is incredibly healthy for a number of reasons, but it’s important that you seek your chocolate from good sources. If possible, make your own from crushed, raw cacao nibs or cacao powder.
Cacao is, indeed, rich in fat. It’s also filled with many antioxidants, and contains a compound known as theobromine that helps to provide long-lasting energy as well as functioning as an empathogen—a compound that opens up the emotional faculties of the individual using it.
