Keeping your weight down can be very difficult. Exercising is difficult, especially when we are very busy, and eating a healthy diet can also be very difficult. What makes it even more challenging is that there are other influences on our weight, some of which we have little to no control over.
One symptom of high levels of cortisol is weight gain. One tell-tale sign that this is down to cortisol is that the weight is generally added to the abdomen area. Exercising more to help minimize weight gain could also be an answer to keeping your cortisol levels down.
