7. Breathing Difficulties
Depending on where the cancer is located, it may begin to obstruct the nasal passages, and this can make it hard for the patient to breathe. In addition, it might cause irritation to the lining of the nasal interior and this can result in more mucus being produced than usual. This can also add to breathing problems as the nasal passage becomes congested. The patient might also notice that the discharge appears to be unusual in some way. There is also a good chance that the patient will begin to experience regular nosebleeds even if they have not received an injury.
