There are a number of digestive issues that can emerge in conjunction with pharyngitis. For example, if a sore throat develops because of the flu, then it’s quite likely that nausea will also occur as well as vomiting and diarrhea. People with strep throat may experience digestive issues beginning in the mouth; it’s not uncommon for patients with strep throat to have a funny taste in their mouth for much of the day.
