Symptom #9: Urinating Frequently
A healthy person will need to use the bathroom several times a day. Our bladders can only hold a limited amount of urine and it needs to be emptied when it is full. We have evolved this way because it prevents a trail of urine being left that might have led potential predators right to us.
This is a symptom that you might not notice at first, at least until the trips to the bathroom become noticeably more frequent. You may also notice that you feel thirsty more often and you have difficulty satiating your thirst. It can be a result of a wide range of conditions, so you should consult a doctor if you think there might be something wrong.
