Anybody should exercise as much as they are able to. It helps us to keep in good shape physically and also helps to keep us in good mental condition. While it may not feel like it to being with, getting plenty of exercise can help you to feel more relaxed overall.
When we exercise, it releases serotonin, which is one of our feel-good hormones. What’s more is that it also helps to decrease our blood pressure overall and causes our heart to beat more slowly when we are at rest. It can help you feel a great deal better about yourself overall and can also help you sleep better at night.
