Technique #10: Music

One of the best and most enjoyable ways to relax is to listen to some music. For many people, just putting on your headphones, shutting out the outside world, and listening to your favorite tunes can be blissful. For others, going to a concert or gig is the ultimate way to wind down and release stresses that have been allowed to build up.

It doesn’t matter what type of music it is, just as long as you like it. It could be anything from Chopin to Slayer. If it works…it works. One thing that everybody should try, though, is to have it turned up as loud as they comfortably can.
