Symptom #7: Lingering Sores

We will pick up the odd bump or scratch as we go through life. This is not usually a lasting problem and minor injuries will be healed within a few weeks, or even sooner. If you have sores that are not healing as soon as they should, though, it is a sign that something could be quite wrong.

Any minor sore should really be healed within a couple of weeks or so, if that. One sign of Paget’s disease is sores on or around the nipples that just don’t seem to go away. It is something that should be checked out, whether they are on the nipple or on any other part of the body.
