Symptom #7: Kidney Failure
Throughout the day when we are eating and drinking, we will be consuming various elements that are toxic or just not needed. Our kidneys have the job of helping to clean the blood from these toxins, producing urine which is then passed through the body. If the kidneys begin to fail, though, then we have a problem detoxifying our blood.
Leprosy is prone to causing kidney failure and this can be very serious. If the damage is permanent, then the patient may be left facing a lifetime of dialysis or maybe a kidney transplant. It is a condition that is potentially fatal so should be treated with the utmost seriousness.
