It is not at all unusual to feel tired. It could just be due to a rough day at work or a hard time in general. It could also be caused by an illness and an infection could well cause a patient to become fatigued. While plenty of rest will often help, symptoms will sometimes still persist regardless.
Fatigue is one possible side-effect of using amoxicillin to treat an infection. It can be difficult to pinpoint the cause because if you are using amoxicillin, you are already likely to be ill. If you are not sure and feel it might be because of amoxicillin, stop taking it and arrange to speak with your doctor.
