Cause #10: Weakened Immunity

Our immune system does an incredible job of protecting us from sickness and disease. It is not invincible, however, and it can occasionally begin to struggle. This can be down to being overwhelmed with threats to deal with, while there can be other factors such as the effect our mental health can have on the body.

Mouth ulcers are often seen as a sign that somebody is run down and probably in need of a good rest.
