4. Anemia
Anemia can also lead to a need for repeated breaths. Red blood cells are responsible for carrying oxygen around the body. Iron is the key facilitator of this process.
When a person suffers from anemia, various body organs do not receive sufficient oxygen. It becomes difficult to carry on with their functions. This lack of adequate oxygen levels leads to shortness of breath or dizziness. Getting medical help is essential if you feel overly fatigued without apparent reason.
