Symptom #6: Small Intestine Damage
When we fall ill, we will usually make a full recovery with no permanent damage done. This is not always the case, however, and some conditions can leave us with damage even after the underlying cause has been successfully dealt with. One condition that can leave us with permanent damage is an intolerance to gluten.
People with the condition will sometimes end up with damage to the small intestine. As such, it makes sense for the condition to be addressed as soon as a problem is discovered. If you do address the problem, then a gluten intolerance should hopefully leave no lasting damage at all.
