10. Retinoblastoma
A rare cancer of the eye, retinoblastoma affects young children and usually begins with a white spot in the pupil of the eye. Other symptoms include redness, swelling or soreness of the eyelids as well as crossed eyes or eyes that seem to point in different directions. Treatments may include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, laser therapy and cryotherapy.
