10 Sleep Apnea Symptoms

Symptom #5: ADHD
People suffering from sleep apnea may develop problems with focusing. This is again because of sleep deprivation. If you’ve ever pulled an all-nighter studying for an exam, you’ve probably experienced the other end of the stick: even though you may have studied all night, you have a hard time focusing and applying the knowledge the next day.
People who already suffer from ADHD may experience a significant worsening of symptoms if they develop sleep apnea or any other sleep problems. The sleep debt and the buildup of fatigue from sleep apnea can make it extremely hard for people with ADHD to focus, and if they’re taking stimulants to help them focus during the day, they may also be prone to insomnia.
