Heart Palpitations Symptom #2: Beating Too Quickly

When we exercise, the body burns up more energy and, as such, needs more oxygen. As a result, the heart will pump more quickly in order to meet the increase in demand. This is natural, even necessary, so there is usually no reason to be alarmed if it happens. It should not happen when there is no such increase for the need of oxygen, though.

If your heart is beating too quickly for no apparent reason then it is a sign that there could be something wrong. Make sure you arrange an appointment with a doctor to get it checked. If you are concerned, then get yourself to an emergency room.
