10 Early Pregnancy Symptoms
Symptom #3: Cramping and Bleeding
Many women like to use their menstrual cycle to determine whether or not they are pregnant. However, in some cases this can be a bit confusing because one of the earliest symptoms of pregnancy is mild vaginal bleeding.
This particular bleeding, which is known as implantation bleeding, occurs when the egg becomes attached to the uterine wall. This usually occurs about two weeks after conception and can result in a bit of bleeding, cramping, and other uncomfortable sensations similar to a regular menstrual period.
