Depending on where you live in the world, you are likely to find that there can be a considerable difference in the weather during different seasons. Often, this change is quite gradual and barely noticeable from day to day. At other times, changes in the weather can be somewhat more sudden.

Sudden changes in the weather can play havoc with our immune systems, and this can lead to a lot of people falling ill. These illnesses are usually only mild, even if they can lead to some unwelcome symptoms. One of these symptoms is post nasal drip.
