4. Nabothian Cysts & Chronic Cervicitis

Chronic cervicitis is a less common cause of a Nabothian cyst. Cervicitis means chronic inflammation of the cervix. It may stem from a sexually transmitted disease, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia.
