Calcium Rich Food #2: Cheese

We are often told not to eat too much cheese. As delicious as it is, it is generally very high in fat and calories, and so eating too much of it could lead to excessive weight gain. Despite this, cheese is a great source of vitamins and minerals, and it has plenty of calcium.

However, since the calcium content of cheese is so high, you don’t need to eat a lot of it to get what you need.
