There are countless myths in the world, with each culture having myths of their own. These myths often involve mystical and even magical creatures. They can be good or evil, and some have people terrified at the thought of encountering one lest they fall prey to its wicked ways.
Some myths are easier to believe than others, and Bigfoot arguably falls into the category. Bigfoot is supposedly a large ape-like creature that has so far managed to avoid capture. There have been countless alleged sightings of bigfoot but nobody has yet come forth with solid evidence of its existence. Here’s a look at some of the most notable claims of sightings.

1. Marble Mountain
Marble Mountain is located in the Northwest of California. In June 2001, a youth group known as “campus life” were visiting the woods. The group’s leader, Jim Mills, was filming at the time and managed to capture video of what many believe to be Bigfoot himself.
The images are not clear because the video was shot from long distance as the alleged Bigfoot was spotted on far away ridge. Despite this, it is still clear to see a creature that did not appear to be human. Just before spotting the creature on the ridge, an apparent den was found made from branches and leaves.
