2. Triggers

A lot of people are born with a predisposition toward developing lupus. Much of the time, the patient will experience no symptoms at all and the lupus will not appear. That is until they come into contact with something that triggers the condition. Just exactly why these triggers cause lupus is not well known, but we do at least know what some of the triggers are. It is also all but impossible for the patient to avoid these triggers because they wont know they are predisposed to lupus or what the triggers are for them personally. Some of the triggers will be encountered on a daily basis, making them even harder for people to avoid.
